1.Product Description
The Copper Nickel Socket Weld Flange is manufactured from high-quality 70/30 Copper Nickel Alloy (CuNi 70/30, UNS C71500) in compliance with ASME B16.5 standard. This forged flange features a Class 150 pressure rating and socket weld connection type. The socket weld design allows the pipe to be inserted into a recessed area of the flange and welded around the outer diameter, creating a strong, leak-proof permanent connection ideal for high-pressure systems . The 70/30 copper-nickel alloy consists of 70% copper and 30% nickel, with trace amounts of iron and manganese, providing excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance
